Requirement:
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm
Starting Pay S$ 2,400 - 2,500 ( Depends On Experience )
Responsible Worker , PC knowledge in MS Office Skills.
1-2 Years’ Experience In Call Centre Working Environment Preferred But Not Essential**

Document All Calls and Actions Taken Into Company Centre-Systems
Respond to All Incoming Calls In An Efficient and Professional Manner Regarding the Customers’ Issues On Service Contracts Renewal / New Service Contracts On I.T. - In-House Security Systems Needs for Homes and Businesses.
Work Towards KPIs set by Leader.
