Business Analyst(Corporate Lending)

Our esteem client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Service Delivery Division.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed business requirement gathering and use case analysis.
• Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Map and optimize business processes, assessing feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.
• Create presentation materials for various end-user discussions.
• Understand and update business operation workflows.
• Plan and promote user tasks in UAT.
• Promote user tasks in MIGRATION.
• Plan and promote user tasks in USER SUPPORT.
• Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM.
• Support user queries during post-project implementation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
• 5 years of experience as a business analyst with strong knowledge in corporate banking industry
• Strong knowledge in Credit Facility Origination and Corporate Lending, Deal Booking and Settlement operations.
• Experience in ACBS Corporate Banking System
• Proven experience in managing IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, or system implementation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
