Business Analyst

Our client are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business requirements and design solutions using IBM PA. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and provide optimization recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions with IBM Planning Analytics.

• Collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements.

• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation.

• Guide developers in solution build and testing phases.

• Manage client activities including requirement gathering, functional design, and user training.

• Advise clients on best practices and provide technical designs based on needs.

Mandatory Skills:

1. 5 to 6 years of experience as an IBM PA Consultant with a strong understanding of client business processes.

2. Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

3. Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Requirements Analysis

• Business Process Design

• Familiarity with planning tools (SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, etc.)
