Claims Associate (AMK-DT) at Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle Service provided), Up to $3200 (Office hours)

- Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle Service provided at Yio Chu Kang MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in organising and preparing documents for briefing, responding to inquiries.
• Coordinator the award process, including preparing of letters and statement.
• Manage the claims verification, grant management and change request process.
• Ensure that claim documents are complete and substantiated, track project submission requirements, assist with audits, and ensure timely submission of all necessary document.
• Liaise with grantees for any missing information or clarification.
• All ad-hoc works as assigned by supervisors.

Period:

• 2 years outsourced contract

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle Service provided at Yio Chu Kang MRT)

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $3200

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, finance or operations.
• Grant administration and processing experience is a plus.
• Organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to details and accuracy and ability to handled multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong Excel skills. ​
