Executive (Temp) at Stadium/ AMK, Up to $3200 (Office hours)

- Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in fixed asset management for customers
• Reconciliation of monthly fixed assets and assets under constructions transactions records (transfers/ disposals/ sales of assets)
• Verification of supporting documentations to ensure compliance to customers policies and procedures
• Assist to print asset tags and coordinate with respective asset owners to physically tag assets
• Any other tasks as assigned

Period:

• 3 months outsourced contract

Location:

• Stadium/ AMK

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $3200

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and WORKDAY accounting system.
• Good customer service skills.
• A good team player.
• Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
