Job Responsibilities

• Overall management and supervision of various groups, functions and staffs at SFDA and ASDV
• Business management and s trategic planning for business development of structured finance and other structured debt products (such as LBO, transportation fiannce, securitization, real estate finance, structured credit, etc.) area s in APAC.
• Develop and maintain relationship with Japanese clients in South East Asia and Oceania.
• Overall management ot several Japanese companies' related project finance transactions.
• Liaise and co-work with relavant departments and SMBC group members to consider and implement business strategy
• Support ad-hoc works for senior management of SMBC Singapore and MD s at SFDA and ASDV
• Develop team members' skill and motivate others to maximize the outcome of the team

Job Requirements

• At least 15 year experiences of structured finance transactions in various regions/countries at Financing Sector.
• Management experiences for at least 30 persons as manager at Banking Sector.
• Experiences in developing new businesses and products
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese is desirable as this role needs to discuss with Japanese Clients and make presentation in Japanese.
• Deep sector knowledges of infrastructure , power (both conventional and renewable) and energy .
• Professional level of MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint,and the analysis and creating of financial model.
• University graduate with strong academic background
• A team player but also independent and self-motivated
• Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise, manage and meet expectations/deadlines with strong work ethics, integrity and commitment
• Knowledge of Japanese Banking Law and banking regulations
