Warehousing Assistant

Our client is an established healthcare brand in Singapore. They are expanding rapidly and looking for Warehouse Assistant with forklift experience to join the team to support our warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of warehousing experience, a valid forklift license, and be proficient in using SAP for inventory control and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, storing, and shipping products in the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts for material handling, loading/unloading, and arranging stock.
• Use SAP to update inventory records, process orders, and manage stock movements.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist in conducting regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Help with order picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.
• Report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid forklift license and practical forklift operation experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
