We are looking for experienced HR Personnel to manage payroll processing, CPF contributions, tax filings, and employee insurance administration. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Singapore’s employment regulations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering accurate payroll operations.

Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions, taxes, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with MOM, IRAS, and CPF regulations (IR8A, IR21, SDL, FWL, etc.).
Administer employee insurance (medical, dental, life, WICA) and claims.
Maintain accurate HR records and payroll documentation.
Support onboarding/offboarding and improve payroll processes.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
2-5 years of payroll and HR experience in Singapore.
Proficient in HR/payroll software (e.g., QuickHR, SAP, Workday).
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, and IRAS tax filings.
