Investor Relations Manager

Our client is listed company and looking for Investor Relation Manager:

Duties and Responsibilities

The role will report to CEO

SGX Announcements, Annual Report, General Meetings

• Prepare periodic SGX results presentation slides, press releases, outlook commentary.
• Update and manage delivery of Annual Report.
• Preparations for all General Meetings (AGM & EGM).
• Prepare FAQ for investor relations responses.

Outreach & Capital Raising

• To lead and coordinate IR events such as roadshow, seminars and investor meeting
• Increase awareness and coverage by working with research houses and media.
• Reach out to local and overseas retail and institutional investors, through direct network (or IR databases) as well as brokers’ network (including institutional equity sales, brokerages, private bankers, etc.)
• Present & Pitch listed issuer’s investment story and growth to investors and brokers.
• Equity fund raising efforts during acquisitions.
• Provide ongoing and timely response to the investment community.
• To conduct analysis of investment performance and sentiments.
• Monitor share price movements.
• Track research, media report, blogs about the listed issuer.

Job Requirement

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising or related role.
• Good interpersonal skill with ability to handle and maintain relationships with investor and stakeholders.
• Result oriented, able to work independently and strong sense of urgency.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
