Job Posting for Project Manager (LTA Projects) at SURPASS STAFFING PTE. LTD.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee LTA road construction and traffic diversion projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of the project, ensuring that all deliverables are achieved within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with LTA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion for LTA road construction and traffic diversion projects.
Coordinate and collaborate with the project team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
Liaise with LTA, consultants, authorities, and relevant stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
Oversee traffic management plans, ensuring that road diversions and construction activities are conducted safely and with minimal disruption to public traffic.
Monitor and manage site activities, ensuring that all construction works adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, providing regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, including environmental and safety requirements, and manage any potential risks or issues that arise during the course of the project.
Lead the resolution of any technical, construction, or contractual issues that may arise during the project, ensuring that project objectives are achieved.
Ensure effective communication with project team members, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and timely resolution of issues.
Manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve optimal performance and project delivery.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board or qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as a Resident Engineer.
At least 10 years of relevant experience managing road construction and utility diversion projects of similar scale and complexity.
Proven experience in LTA infrastructure projects, particularly in road construction, traffic diversion, and coordination with local authorities.
Strong knowledge of traffic management plans, construction methodologies, and LTA requirements.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and risk.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver project objectives.
Experience in managing safety and environmental compliance on construction sites.
Familiarity with local regulations and permits required for infrastructure projects.
