Drafter converts designs into technical drawings for the doors as specified by the consultants, for production and prepares the shop drawings and as built drawings.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position is, but not limited to, as follows:
Coordinating with different departments to define project requirements.
Create detailed designs with CAD software. BIM will be an added advantage.
Liaise with different departments to gather detailed information to prepare drawings for the manufacture of doors.
Ensure designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
Review and update drawings as per consultants’ instructions.
Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings
About The Requirements
Hands on experience with CAD software
Familiar with 3-D modelling tools
Good time management to complete work within required timeframe
Detail oriented
Qualifications And Experience
Education: Relevant Qualification
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
