Quantity Surveyor (Entry)

Quantity Surveyor main responsibilities include quantity take-offs, assist in reviewing and analyzing tender documents, documents of project tracking, preparing and verifying progress claims and payments

Prepare monthly progress claim and subcontract payment

• Prepare tender documents for procurement and contract document for subcontract awards
• Measure variation of cost claims
• Assist in tender pricing
• Prepare final accounts&/or relevant pricing variations
• Prepare schedule of rates
• Training will be provided
  
  

The Requirement

• Knowledge of building and construction standards, processes
• Addressing quality issues promptly and effectively
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Establish good relationship with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders
