HR Associate

The role requires the incumbent to support business leaders with essential HR advisory services and daily operational tasks, including work pass processing and documentation management.

The role requires the incumbent to assist with recruitment, employee relations, compliance matters, and tailored technical HR solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Provide daily HR support in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Process work pass applications and manage associated documentation in line with local labor regulations.
• Support workforce planning efforts and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and operational teams to understand and address their specific HR needs.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving departmental efficiency and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems regularly to ensure compliance.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee data.
  
  

Requirements

• A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a HR role with exposure to HR operational duties.
• Fundamental knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience with work pass processing and a basic understanding of local labor laws is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
