Hybrid work arrangement


  • Send out meeting invites, book meeting rooms, prepare meeting materials and logistics
  • Minute taking, document discussion, actions, and deadlines for follow up
  • Coordinate and organize business events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Coordinate travel plans and arrangement, including transportation, accommodations, and schedules
  • Prepare and submit expense claims for approval.
  • Handle logistics for internal and external business events (meetings, conferences, etc.).
  • Maintain and update company databases (contacts, files, etc.).
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and making appointments
  • Respond to general emails, phone calls, and follow up on messages.

Requirement

  • Degree / Diploma in business management / administration
  • 3 years of related administrative / office experience in a MNC environment preferred
  • Friendly disposition and comfortable interacting with senior executives
  • Proficiency in all office equipment and Microsoft Office Suites
  • Good verbal communication & writing skills, attention to details and organized
