Field Service Engineer

The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore and will report directly to the After Sales Tecnhnical Manager APAC, provides exceptional technical support for coffee machines and grinders.

This role involves remote troubleshooting and overseas technical training, aftersales meeting, and sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical interventions, diagnostics, and repairs on coffee machines (both mechanical and electronic components)
• Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and guidance on machine operation
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure machines operate at peak performance
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify recurring issues and propose solutions
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and provide clear instructions on machine usage
• Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and customer interactions
• Support the sales team with technical expertise during customer consultations
• Stay updated with the latest coffee machine technologies and industry best practices

The Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Proven experience in repairing and maintaining coffee machines or similar appliances
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of imaging technology is a plus
• Willingness to travel overseas technical support when required
