Senior/ Sales Executive (Regional Sales, Client Servicing/ Key Account)

Responsibilities

• Identifying new sales opportunity and managing existing client base (both local and regional accounts assigned)
• Set up meetings with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and project requirements
• Build and maintain good client relationships
• Attend to and follow up with clients' inquiries on products or services
• Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to customers
• Issue sales documentation including quotations, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and proforma invoices
• Coordinate with customers on order arrangements and delivery details
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders and related documentation
• Liaise with internal departments (logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Monitor order status and communicate updates or delays to customers
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service and sales strategy
• Support Sales Manager in daily operational tasks
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Maritime Studies, or a related field
• At least 1 – 3 years of experience in sales/ inside sales/ account management, preferably with experience in servicing clients from the marinetime or shipping industry
• Able to travel overseas whenever required
