Urgent: Automotive Technician / Service Advisor x 20 (Island-wide)

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain various vehicles to ensure they are safe and operating at optimal levels.
• Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues or malfunctions using both visual assessments and diagnostic equipment
• Diagnosis: Recognize and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems in vehicles, utilizing diagnostic tools and interpreting error codes
• Repairs: Carry out necessary repairs and maintenance tasks, including engine, brake system, and transmission repairs, to ensure vehicles operate safely and effectively
• Perform vehicle check-ins and check-outs for taxis, private vehicles, and commercial vehicles

Requirements:

• Primary/Secondary, GCE 'O'/'N', Professional Certificate/Nitec/Higher Nitec, or a Diploma in engineering
• At least 2 years as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive sector.
• Previous experience in automotive servicing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
