Payroll Executive/ Officer (Urgent)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing.
• Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Calculation of overtime, allowance, and salary computation.
• Keep track of employee attendance for record via HR system.
• Processing of staff claims and statutory claims.
• Liaise with external vendors to review payroll reports for overseas entities, to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and submit mandatory government reports to MOM.
• Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Dploma or Nitec in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• At least 1 – 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Prior experience in using Sage EasyPay will be an added advantage.
