IT Project Manager (Software)

They are well-known for their dedication of quality delivery standards with more than 15,000 engineers globally supporting projects. They have an international presence in over 100 countries worldwide and are looking out for Software Project Managers to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Define and drive the business strategy and roadmap for your respective strategic domain.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project/product deliverables are on track, providing support where needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Presales, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance.
• Participate in hiring process to build a high-performing engineering team and focus on the retention and development of existing team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for engineers.

Requirements:

• At least 4 – 5 years’ Project Manager experience, leading a team of engineers
• Experience with government projects will be an added advantage
• Proficient with software development frameworks and software governance practices
• PMP certification will be a strong advantage
