IT Delivery – Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT initiatives across our organization. This role requires strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to managing end-to-end project lifecycles—from planning and budgeting to execution and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring requirements are accurately gathered and met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manage project budgets and control costs in line with defined tolerances.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party agencies.
• Ensure timely execution of projects with appropriate staffing and risk mitigation.
• Implement information systems aligned with business needs, quality standards, and timeline requirements.
• Define project strategy, tasks, deliverables, quality control mechanisms, and risk management plans.
• Participate in and support annual budgeting processes as required.

Scope of Work:

• Provide regular management updates and reports on the project/program portfolio.
• Align project delivery with Corporate Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines.
• Guide and review project team deliverables, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Participate in cross-functional working groups and progress review meetings.
• Monitor project costs, timelines, and resource utilization—taking corrective action as needed.
• Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies across multiple initiatives.
• Foster a high-performing team culture through effective leadership and continuous development of team members.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT Project Management roles.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex IT projects/programs on time and within budget.
• Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMP certification preferred).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as RUP, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and reporting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms.
• Confident in delivering presentations to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Comfortable working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
