IT Support Engineer (Many Positions)

Responsibilities:

• Install, support, and maintain hardware, software, and networks for projects
• Monitor systems and perform preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Document work and provide regular updates
• Assist with root cause analysis and system improvements
• Provide standby support when needed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Familiar with VPNs, firewalls, routers, switches, and storage systems (SAN/NAS)
• Experience with OS hardening, patch management, and IT infrastructure (e.g. AD, DNS, DHCP, mail servers)
