Sales Account Executive (East / IT Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow accounts with government agencies, ensuring strong customer relationships and accurate profiling
• Drive account revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction with projects, payments, renewals, and events/training
• Coordinate proposals, provide quotations, and address customer needs
• Continuously engage stakeholders to expand customer profiles and enhance relationships
• Lead tender briefings and bid reviews with pre-sales teams
• Ensure quality and completion of tender proposals (BQ/RFI/RFP/ITQ/ITT)
• Prepare quotations and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Align with cross-functional teams to provide resources and support for customer engagements

Requirements:

• Sales Presentation & Communication
• Relationship & Stakeholder Management
• Negotiation & Commercial Acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Sales & Opportunity Analysis
• 1-2 years of experience in SI environment is preferred
