Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions
Architect fullstack systems with a focus on scalability and performance
Design and review secure, reliable APIs
Champion DevSecOps practices and secure coding throughout development
Oversee CI/CD setup and ensure quality assurance integration
Collaborate with analysts, designers, and infrastructure engineers
Ensure cloud best practices (AWS/Azure) are applied to deployments
Deliver systems integrating with Singpass, Corppass, and public sector standards
Support project planning, estimations, and risk management
âś… Requirements
6–10 years in software development, with 2–3 years in a leadership role
Strong fullstack development skills and API expertise
Experience with secure coding and DevSecOps toolchains
Skilled in AWS or Azure cloud environments
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience delivering government-facing systems is a plus
Strong communicator with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
