We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead the development of AI-driven products and solutions. This role requires a strong technical leader to oversee a team of Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and AI Engineers, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering impactful solutions. You will play a pivotal role in making technical decisions, integrating best practices, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Salary Package: Up to $15,000 (basic) AWS
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the software engineering, quality assurance, and DevSecOps functions within the product teams.
- Define the engineering scope, oversee development, and ensure the successful delivery of software products.
- Make strategic technical decisions, balancing trade-offs and mitigating risks.
- Integrate DevSecOps, MLOps, and quality assurance frameworks into software development.
- Continuously improve engineering processes to enhance software reliability and maintainability.
- Guide engineers in developing high-quality, scalable AI-driven applications.
- Manage team resources, performance, and professional development.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and experimentation.
- Stay up to date with LLM, AI, and software engineering trends to refine internal workflows.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- 3 years of experience in Agile development (e.g., Scrum).
- 3 years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, or Kubeflow.
- 3 years of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure); experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in Bash and PowerShell scripting on Linux.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams, including AI engineers, software engineers, QA engineers, and DevOps engineers.
- Good to have: AI/ML, Data Science, Data Analytics expertise.
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changes and pivot strategies based on business and customer needs.
