UI/UX Designer (Permanent)

What You’ll Do

• Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web applications
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to align on goals and user needs
• Prototype and explore innovative design solutions while supporting ongoing feature development
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs
• Ensure high design quality through regular check-ins and design reviews
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to uncover insights and areas for improvement
• Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and UX best practices
• Contribute to team discussions, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio that spans mobile and web platforms
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear, elegant user flows and visuals
• Strong visual design skills—bonus points for experience in motion design or micro-interactions
• Solid understanding of UX principles and design patterns across devices and platforms
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure RP, LottieFiles, or similar
