Lead design initiatives, managing complex stakeholder relationships across cross-functional teams in a sophisticated investment operation system.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive a user-centered design process, thinking strategically to create product experiences that address customer pain points.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and create UX artifacts to support product planning and delivery.
Design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex actions and contribute to design and visual systems.
Focus on usability, interaction design, and design thinking.
Conduct user research to inform decisions with data and testing.
Manage stakeholder expectations, secure buy-in, and set a clear design vision.
Advocate for design across the organization.
Analyze industry UX/UI trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
5 years as a UX/Product Designer.
Experience in ideation workshops, user personas, wireframes, visual direction, and prototyping.
Skilled in responsive web UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio in tech/finance projects.
Strategic thinker with a “dream big, start small” approach and attention to detail.
Strong leadership, ownership, and accountability.
Experience in agile environments is a plus.
Finance industry experience is a bonus.
