UI UX Engineer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and highly functional designs. This is a direct permanent position with client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user interface requirements and ensure design and functionality meet business and user needs.
• Design intuitive, attractive, and responsive UI components and layouts for web and mobile applications.
• Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate and validate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve the user experience.
• Work with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions in the final product.
• Ensure design consistency across different platforms, devices, and screen sizes.
• Optimize user interfaces for performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Continuously monitor design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to incorporate the latest innovations into your designs.
• Create detailed design specifications and guidelines to help developers implement your designs accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues that arise during development, testing, and user feedback phases.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Engineer with a portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Able to pick up or learn front end programming in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, etc
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, able to understand user behavior and provide data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
