The Role
The HR Lead will oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions for internal employees while managing HR operations for consultants deployed at client sites.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee the employee lifecycle for internal staff and client consultants in Singapore, including payroll processing and work pass applications.
Handle end-to-end payroll processing, covering final settlements, timesheets, reimbursements, and CPF submissions.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee data maintenance and leave administration.
Work closely with talent acquisition to onboard consultants for client projects, ensuring smooth employment pass submissions and contract reviews.
Administer offboarding procedures, including IR21 submissions and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and act as the primary HR escalation point.
Develop and enforce policies to ensure compliance and mitigate organizational risks.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including group insurance and employee perks.
Liaise with brokers and insurers, managing group insurance policies and renewals.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
At least 8 years of work experience in a similar capacity in human resources function preferably with team leader experience
Expertise in payroll processing and work pass applications
Strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure
CEI certification
