Candidate Profile
HSE Coordinators will use their knowledge, skills and experience to promote a positive health, safety and environmental culture in the workplace. They are responsible for ensuring that employees, trade contractors and their operatives comply with relevant safety legislations and that ISG, HSE policies and practices are adopted and adhered to.
Job Purpose
To assist the Project Manager in coordinating the safety requirements at allocated projects to create a safe and healthy working culture and environment
Key Responsibilities
Drive, co-ordinate and implement TCG Safety Standards in accordance to local legislations.
Conduct scheduled site safety inductions and safety inductions.
Ensure compliance to all safe work procedures and RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Report on regular basis.
Co-ordinate Mass Tool Box Meetings, Supervisor Safety Briefings and any other HSE in house trainings when deemed necessary.
Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authorities and TCG IMS System.
Assist EHS Officer in conductance of any EHS related incidents to liaise with MOM.
Essential Skills
Able to provide inspection reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures
Able to show strong site presence
Computer literate - Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
