Job Posting for Field Support Engineer (Healthcare) at TELISTAR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:
Check and approve operational quality of system equipment.
Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
Liaise with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Interpret customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers.
This job include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent with 2 years experience
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Good team player and independent worker with good written and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customer
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (certified)
Knowledge in VMware, LAN/WAN Networking and SQL Server Database will be added advantage
Willing to work on standby mode by rotations.
