IT Desktop Support Engineer (Pasir Panjang)

Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Install and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshoot networking and connection issues.
• Advise on software or hardware upgrades.
• Complete job reports and ordering supplies.
• Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting.
• Handle Different PC Operating Systems ( Mac, Windows 7/8 and 10).
• Perform Hardware Software Installation ( understanding of deployment tools like SCCM).

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge group policies, Active Directory and Exchange
• In-depth troubleshooting skills of Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11), Mac OS, Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware, PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers and mobile devices
• Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Excellent customer service and people skills
