Operation Executive (Ocean Freight/East Area)

• Responsible to handle operations and documentations for ocean freight import / export, permit declaration and transportation.
• Liaise closely with carriers / freight forwarders / vendors.
• Ensure that all jobs are executed efficiently with accuracy in a timely manner, complying to the requirements of the customers.
• Attend to email correspondence with customers & overseas agents.
• Prepare billing invoices to customers and verify vendors' invoices.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Familiar with permit declaration
• Specialized in Freight Forwarding or the equivalent
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive working attitude
