Captain / Assistant Captain

• Manage seating arrangement for customers
• Takes and serves orders for food and beverage
• Recommends specialty dishes to customers
• Checks utensils on tables are in placed
• Ensures good conditions of chinaware, glassware and tablecloth
• Clears away used chinaware and tablecloth after customers had finished dining
• Sets table by replacing with clean chinaware and tablecloth
• Takes over duties of the cashier and hostess when necessary
• Answers phone calls during rest time from 3pm to 5pm
• Performs all other tasks delegated by the Restaurant Manager

To ensure and create a positive experience, you will need to be able to converse in both simple English and Mandarin as you will be required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
