Receptionist Responsibilities:


  • Front Desk Operations:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.


  • Customer Service:
  • Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about the organization.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring a positive resolution.


  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
  • Any adhoc administrative duties if needed


  • Communication:
  • Relay messages to appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate with different departments to coordinate activities.

• Security: • Monitor and maintain the security of the premises by controlling access and issuing visitor badges.
