Job Title : Project Manager (12-Month Contract)

Overview :
TECS is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. If you are passionate about driving impactful projects, have strong leadership skills, and excel in managing cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is focused on delivering high-quality IT solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their goals and propose effective solutions.
• Project Alignment : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals and ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.
• End-User Focus : Continuously improve the user experience and drive customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solution Development : Develop solutions that may include system integration, user experiences, training, and technical architecture. Ensure alignment across teams.
• Quality Control : Oversee the quality of project deliverables and identify areas for improvement to maintain high standards.
• IT Service Excellence : Minimize operational impacts on IT service delivery and work to maintain high service levels throughout the project.
• Vendor Management : Manage vendor performance and ensure service levels are met.
• Regulatory Compliance : Evaluate the impact of regulatory changes and ensure business compliance.
• Process Improvement : Review existing policies and controls to enhance internal frameworks and processes.

What We Are Looking For :

• Education : Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience : At least 10 years of project management experience, with 3 years specifically in program management for large organizations.
• Skills :Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  Experience in vendor and contract management.
  Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  Analytical mindset with strong resource management skills.
