Seeking an Integrated Media Manager to lead cross-channel media strategies, ensuring seamless execution across digital, social, and traditional platforms. This role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker with media planning, buying, performance optimization, and team leadership expertise.

This role will report directly to the Managing Director.

• Develop and implement integrated media strategies to maximize brand reach and engagement.
• Oversee media planning and buying across paid, earned, and owned channels.
• Lead and mentor a media team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Manage campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
• Analyze media performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, and influencers.
• Stay updated on emerging media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-impact campaigns.

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 3 years of experience in integrated media strategy, planning, and execution.
• Proven Track record of leading a team
• Media / Marketing Agency experience
• Strong knowledge of paid media, programmatic advertising, and content distribution.
• Proficiency in media analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams.
• Experience managing cross-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
