Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all hardware engineering projects from concept to production
Design, document, and develop optimized high-performance hardware systems
Oversee PCB layout, schematic capture, BOM creation, and library management
Ensure product quality through testing, debugging, and performance tuning
Support certification/approval processes (FCC, CE, etc.)
Collaborate closely with software, product, and manufacturing teams
Resolve project roadblocks, manage evolving requirements, and maintain operational excellence
Provide guidance on technical priorities, timelines, and sprint goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
8 years of experience in hardware design, validation, and optimization
Proven leadership in managing and mentoring high-performing hardware teams
Strong experience with CPU and FPGA-based system design
High-speed digital board design experience (DDR3/DDR4, LVDS, MIPI, PCIe)
Proficiency in analog circuit design and simulation
Familiarity with VHDL/Verilog for FPGA logic design (a plus)
Solid understanding of compliance standards such as FCC and CE
Track record of delivering complex hardware-software integration projects
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in fast-paced environments
