Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineers to enhance technical capabilities, align departmental goals with the company roadmap and drive performance. Foster teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning through training programs, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in new product development, ensuring alignment with the UTAC roadmap, APQP requirements, and customer expectations.
• Oversee projects from inception to pre-production, address technical challenges, and collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain for seamless integration.
• Provide technical expertise, support business negotiations, and promote company technological capabilities to customers.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project needs.
• Evaluate and implement new processes and technologies, provide regular updates, and act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and meet expectations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage resources, and collaborate with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• 5 years of leadership experience in a technical or engineering environment
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing establishment
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology
