Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading departmental operations and engineering team to ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Lead, coach and develop a team of managers, engineers and technicians
• Collaborate with other cross functional teams to achieve company goals, priorities and KPI
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Optimize resources, manage budgets, and collaborate across teams to drive sustainable growth, resolve operational challenges, and maintain customer satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs to identify improvement areas, lead process optimization projects, and foster a culture of innovation
• Implement lean manufacturing principles, conduct performance reviews, and integrate new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity while upskilling employees in continuous improvement practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders include vendors, attend industry events to stay updated on market trends, and expand business networks
• Collaborate on potential partnerships and share industry insights to enhance reputation and credibility

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of Engineering & Technical Leadership experience
