SALES DIRECTOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations of multiple brands represented by the company.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive performance across all stores.
• Responsible in taking charge in the execution of sales plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Lead, provide guidance and support to sales representatives, addressing challenges and providing feedback, to improve performance and achieve targets.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve peak performance.
• Ensure the efficient management of all retail locations, delivering consistent and exceptional customer experiences.
• Responsible of sales targets, budgets, and forecasting, providing regular performance reports.
• Motivate and manage team, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and accountability.
• Work closely with the other departments such as marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Stay updated on retail industry trends and competitors to ensure the company’s brands remain competitive.
• Develop business plans for organizational growth, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives.
• Drive branding and communication efforts, ensuring excellent service delivery and a positive company image.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented innovation and productivity initiatives.
• Evaluate the organization for business excellence and identify areas for improvement.
• Review the business financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations, managing internationally well-known brands.
• Proven track record in managing more than 10 stores with understanding of multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellence.
