Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage day-to-day sales operations, including processing quotations, sales orders, purchase requisitions, delivery orders, and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports as required
• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, providing information about products. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage all incoming queries, issues, or grievances with patience, positivity, and professionalism.
• Obtain costing from procurement, suppliers, or internal sources, and submit quotations and other related documents to customers promptly.
• Proactively update customers on their order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking
• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Sales administration duties are performed accurately and on time, which include proactive follow-up of quotation, develop, support and prepare sales documentation and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Other Sales Administrative duties assigned by operation manager time to time and to be completed when necessary.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in any field.
• Mini 1 years' experience as sales.
• Possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Basic knowledge of SAP is advantageous
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
• Entry-level candidates or candidates with little experience is welcomed to apply.
• Preference : Good attitude with willing to learn
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
