Tidy Waste Management Group Pte Ltd is a local SG company that specializes in handling, processing, and recycling construction and renovation waste. We’re in an active expansion phase and need like-minded folks to join us. This job’s dynamic and challenging, but it’s a fast track to learn the ropes across our biz, get a holistic view of how we run, and step into a middle/senior management role. It’s tough, but fulfilling if you’re up for it.

Job Description

• Sales Liaising: You’ll get exposure to the front line—understanding customer needs, quoting them for waste pickups, liaising with them in English and Mandarin, securing orders, keying them into our system, and following up on payments to keep things moving.
• Logistics Coordination: You’ll arrange the jobs—dispatching orders to drivers, planning their routes, juggling schedules, handling paperwork, and sorting out daily hiccups like late trucks or site delays to keep pickups on track.
• Site Management: You’ll work with on-site workers, managing the crew to process and segregate waste, arranging site traffic flow and setup, keeping tabs on waste inventory, and making sure operations run smooth in the dust and grit.
• Operations Exposure: Get hands-on—ride with hooklift truck drivers to see their challenges, try operating excavators (we’ll guide you), and join the sorting team to understand how we turn waste into something useful.
• HR & Accounts Exposure: You’ll learn and understand HR and accounts Basics.
• Holistic Growth: We’ll move you through sales, logistics, and operations over 5-8 years—build a full picture of the biz, prove you can handle it, and step up to Assistant GM to help run the company.

• What We’re After:At least 2 years of any work experience.
  Degree holder.
  Can talk to English and Mandarin-speaking customers.
  Humble, okay with dusty, dirty work.
  Good communication skills—not too quiet.
  Willing to put in effort for a senior management payoff.
  Open to learning.
  24-33 years old; SG/PR welcome.
