At TLS Tutorials, we’re not your typical tuition centre.
We’re a small, fast-growing team obsessed with delivering quality education and mentorship to students who want more than rote learning. We specialize in Math and Science, blending personalized coaching, custom curriculum, and a no-compromise approach to growth.
We’re building something different — and we’re looking for an intern who wants to do the same.
We're on the hunt for a motivated, organized, and curious individual to join our lean team. This role isn’t about coffee runs or watching from the sidelines. You’ll be in the trenches — helping us scale, solve problems, and create better systems for a better learning experience.
You'll get hands-on exposure to:
Administrative operations (how a tuition business really runs)
Curriculum development (designing materials that actually work)
Startup scaling (yes, it gets messy — and you’ll help clean it up)
If you crush it, you won’t just leave with experience — you'll walk into a full-time role with stock units or options. Because we believe growth should be shared.
Help run the day-to-day of the centre: scheduling, registration, data, classroom prep.
