Salary: SGD3,500 – SGD5,000

About the Role

Our client, a renowned IT Solutions company with a strong presence in Singapore and Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer (L2) to join their Singapore office in Ubi. This role requires expertise in network and/or system technologies to support their diverse client base and ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver second-level technical support for network and/or system infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize IT systems, servers, and networks.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement effective solutions.
• Monitor and manage network performance and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Document processes, solutions, and system configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Assist in IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues while adhering to service-level agreements.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in network and/or system support roles.
• Proficiency in networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and server management.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and network devices.
• Certification in CCNA, CompTIA Network , or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication abilities with proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• A proactive mindset, capable of working independently and within a team.
