Operation Manger

Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as an Operation Manager.

Salary range: $4000-$5000

Office Location: Yishun

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Report to Director
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of scaffolding projects
• Manage and coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Monitor and update daily activities & progress and manpower reports and feedback any lacks to Director
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of scaffolding
• Close coordination with foremen/subcontractor/ scaffolder for manpower, equipment and resources
• Handle client communication and project updates
• Monitor job progress and adjust resources as needed
• Solve operational challenges with creative and efficient solutions
• Responsible to promote and maintain Quality and Safety
• Responsible to ensure the "Standard and Procedures" for each discipline are known to all team members and strictly adhered to
• Gather and study all data/ information for the projects such as scope of works, client specifications and project schedules
• Ensure that all safety requirement and regulation are met

Requirement:

• Min 10 years of experience as an Operation Manager or similar role in the scaffolding or construction industry
• Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, safety protocols and construction processes
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in project management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Construction: 10 years (Preferred)
