Business Development Assistant Manager

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Business Development Assistant Manager:

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and explore new business opportunities, particularly in emerging or untapped markets, aligned with the company long-term strategic direction.
• Support the development of feasibility studies and implementation plans for proposed business solutions.
• Assist in coordinating pilot programs with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal departments to test and validate business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and regional expansion to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
• Promote and sell newly developed solutions, contributing to the negotiation and closure of business agreements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development role is required for managerial-level applicants.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to conduct detailed market research and provide actionable insights on customer trends, industry gaps, and competitive solutions.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and customer-focused, with a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach to relationship building and client acquisition.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally on short notice when required.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,500 AWS VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Tai Seng
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.45pm
