Thermal Engineer

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Thermal Engineer:

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop thermal solutions for electronic products, including computers, servers, and IoT devices.
• Conduct thermal simulations, analyses, and validation to ensure efficient heat dissipation and system reliability.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and system engineers to optimize product thermal performance.
• Perform thermal testing and troubleshooting using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Research and implement innovative cooling technologies to enhance system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports on thermal designs, analyses, and recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in thermal management for electronic products.
• Proficiency in thermal simulation tools such as FloTHERM, Icepak, or ANSYS.
• Strong knowledge of heat transfer principles, cooling solutions, and material properties.
• Experience in thermal testing and data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional engineering environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,500 AWS VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
