Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize product knowledge and effective selling skills to provide exceptional customer service and make recommendations.
• Manage customer relationships by delivering excellent sales and after-sales service.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization on the shop floor.
• Build and cultivate a customer base, fostering strong relationships with customers.
• Take responsibility for stock management and ensure the boutique is well-maintained.
• Perform any other assigned adhoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retail.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
