We’re looking for a Client Insights Manager to:
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to conduct user research and document key findings
- Collaborate with product and development teams to translate client findings into tangible requirements
- Conduct quantitative and desk research to identify trends and validate conclusions
- Grow and manage communities of test clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of research candidates
- Advocate for a best-in-class User Experience and contribute to the quality of research outcomes
Your team
You’ll be working in the Insights and Experience team in Singapore or Hong Kong. We’re responsible for conducting client and user research , designing user centric solutions, and working with product teams to see those solutions brought to life. As a research specialist working seamlessly together with many other parts of our business, you’ll help ensure that our tools and products are built to meet the everyday needs of our clients.
Your expertise
- ideally 6-8 years of experience in, retail banking or wealth management, preferably in a similar role
- demonstrable experience in user research ideally with a baseline understanding of the unique needs of HNW individuals
- Experience working on AI related topics, particularly with a view to behavioural analysis and/or data driven insights would be highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a research, design or business-related discipline
- methodical, concise and accurate work style, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to reflect user needs in an accurate and compelling way
- a track record in collaborating with product and technology teams to turn research and design into useable tools and experiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation and conversational skills to help interviewees feel at ease and talk openly about their needs
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese due to geographical coverage of the role & to support local client base will be a bonus
