Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, paid ads, etc.). Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Support in optimizing website content and landing pages for SEO and user engagement. Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow social media presence. Research and implement new social media trends to improve engagement. Assist in creating engaging blog posts, website content, and email newsletters. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO. Work with designers to develop graphics, banners, and other marketing materials. Support the management of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Track and analyze ad performance to optimize campaigns for better ROI. Prepare monthly reports on website traffic, conversions, and marketing efforts. Assist in creating email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Monitor email performance and suggest improvements. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM). Requirements: Diploma and above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (fresh graduates are welcome). Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.). Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.). Understanding of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
